Sensitivity Read
Let me live, love, and say it well in good sentences.
-Sylvia Plath
A sensitivity reader is someone who reads a book before it is published and looks for cultural representation problems, biases, offensive content, stereotypes, lack of understanding, triggering content and language that a reader may consider problematic. A report is then created for the writer outlining the issues that are found, as well as solutions on how to fix them.
